We begin with the Energy Leadership Index Assessment, so before we do anything else, we both understand the exact lens you're currently leading through. That becomes the foundation and the shared language for everything that follows.
Then we move through two distinct phases.
Months 1-3: We go inward. Weekly sessions. We get to know you at your core, your values, your default patterns, the stories you've been carrying, the beliefs that are serving you and the ones that are quietly holding you back. We establish your baseline, get honest about the gap, and begin the identity work that makes everything else possible.
Months 4-6: We put it into action. Biweekly sessions. We take everything we've uncovered and move it into your real leadership life. We collect the data, notice what's still coming up, and build what I call your personal success formula, a deeply personalised toolkit built from everything we've learned about how you specifically work best. So that when things get hard, and they will, you don't just cope. You know exactly how to weather it. You know with certainty that you're going to be okay.
