About Me

You already know you’re good at what you do.

You’ve built the career, earned the title, and proven yourself in rooms that weren’t always easy to walk into. But somewhere in the day, there’s a quieter voice underneath it all:

  • In the meeting where you had the answer and didn’t say it

  • On the drive home replaying a conversation that went sideways

  • In the quiet wondering, is this just who I am? Is the effort it takes to show up just the price of being me?

I know that voice. I lived with it for a long time.

Growing up, I felt invisible and I had the evidence to prove it.

The evidence. Junior Kindergarten.

That pattern followed me into my career. I did what I was told, didn’t question anything, and climbed the corporate ladder on hard work and a can-do attitude. But I still questioned whether I belonged at the table. When I missed out on a promotion, I asked for feedback. The feedback was confronting, not because I was too introverted, but because when the moment came to speak up, I didn’t. I had the thinking, I just didn’t have the words.

Coaching changed that. It didn’t make me louder, but it showed me that the stories I’d been carrying didn’t have to be true. My quiet nature wasn’t a liability; it was my superpower:

  • When I speak, people listen

  • My presence creates trust

  • My thoughtfulness creates depth

  • My leadership style, the one that’s uniquely mine, is more effective than any performative styles I’d been trying to emulate

The realization didn’t just change how I lead, it changed how I live.

Today, I’m a Leadership and Executive Coach and a Director at one of Canada’s largest corporations leading a team of 30 data professionals. I hold an iPEC® coaching certification with 10 years of practice, and I was trained in the Core Energy process, which means I coach from the inside out:

  • No scripts or surface-level strategies

  • Identity level work that actually sticks

  • A process rooted in who you actually are, not who you think you should be

I believe in walking the talk. I keep investing in my own growth because I know I can’t take my clients any deeper than where I’ve gone myself.

My work isn’t about fixing you. There is nothing to fix. It’s about peeling back the layers until you find the version of yourself that was always there:

  • The one who belongs in the room

  • Who knows what to say and trusts themselves enough to say it

  • Who leads in a way that feels completely, powerfully, entirely theirs

That’s what unshakeable confidence actually means. Not louder. Not more forceful. Just deeply, permanently rooted in who you already are.

If you’re ready to stop being the best kept secret in the room, I’d love to talk.
